Topology

Topology studies properties of spaces preserved under continuous deformations. It bridges local and global properties of the geometry of continuity.

A topological space is a set $X$ equipped with a set $\mathcal{T}$ whose elements are subsets of $X$.
We say elements $U$ of $\mathcal{T}$ are open subsets of $X$ and denote $U \Subset X$.
